DJ Alias AKA William Maxfield has been playing the decks since he was 16, Since then his career has evolved through drum and bass (1993 - 1998), trance (1998 - 2001) + Speed Garage (2001 - 2003) to now exclusively playing Electro / Dirty house, through his career he has Performed in some of the most exciting + subversive clubs in the country + abroad. He Is Renowned for his Dirty style and his ability to "Electrify" the Crowd and will always be at the forefront of new music by Performance + Persona, encapsulating his need to progress and evolve into Electro house production. His sets are based mainly around electro dirty house. Alias has performed in front of up to 800+ people.
Nights & Clubs
Stush - Stush is a promotion set up initially by a friend and former colleague of Wills. He was the first DJ to join and one of the organisers. he was joined soon after by a host of new up and coming dj and some die hard regulars from the town.This was a very popular night around nottingham and always attracted attention wherever it was based.
The Walton - This is one of Nottingham's most exclusive hotels, this was used as an outside summer party event with all proceeds going to The Hayward House Cancer Charity, being a charity event this raised a lot of enthusiasm in the town.
Citizen (London) - This is a large theatre in the south west of London with over 100 years worth of history behind it. The nights were a great success overall. This was part of the Northern Stars promotion.
Love Zoo - Love Zoo in Nottingham is now a well-known club night hosting Electro House nights. With some of the coolest people and one of the biggest nights in Nottingham.
The Edge - This is an old and well-known club in the heart of Nottingham.
The Venue - The venue in Long Eaton near Nottingham is now a well-known club hosting mainly techno and hardcore nights. With a Sprung dance floor and a great atmosphere to boot.
La Cochera (Spain) - La Cochera is a beach side party club near Malaga in Spain with great local reputation, This was the first club he played in and the start of his career, La Cochera means The Garage.
Beat Street - Beat Street is a new night formed by two of his friends based in Nottingham. This is a new night that brings together a variety of electro djs combining their styles and genres to great effect.
Templers - One of the only after club's in Nottingham city centre, this was the start of Stush.
