Charlie Chalke jumped on the house scene around 2008, but Charlie's passion for music started from a very young age. he started DJing around the age of 13, but being too young to realise he could ever pursue a career in this industry he just played music as a pastime doing local parties for friends, mixing old school garage and drum and bass. Charlie’s influences from these genres include names such as Roni Size, Mampy Swift and Zinc to EZ and Heartless Crew. Influences from earlier days range from legends like Stevie Wonder, The Drifters, Bob Marley and UB40. Charlies influences today from the house scene involve too many to list but would like to mention Format B, Pleasurekraft and Mark Knight. Moving to the present Charlie has been moving around various parts of the world and has experienced clubs and bars such as Ibiza Rocks and Bar M (Ibiza), Herbal (Shoredich) House and Terrace (Greenwich) various beach parties in Thailand around Ko Pang Yan and Ko Sumai. Charlie has just now started his own production career with his debut release "ALL ABOARD" signed with "AVENUE RECORDINGS" which can be found on Beatport. Charlie is now working with many different artists with many tracks in the making and is looking to put his own unique touch on the house scene of today and wants to become a huge success and influence in the up and coming future.
